How Do I Order!?

Currently I am not taking orders through this website. If you would like to place an order, please send me an email through the contact section or you can message me through my business page on Facebook!

Please provide as much detail as possible (color, size etc) along with your email and I can get an invoice sent to you!

How long does it take to get a tumbler after I order?

An order is not considered made until you have made payment. From there, my turn around time will depend on a few different things such as the holiday season, how many orders I have ahead of yours etc. 
In most cases, 3 weeks is standard for off season. During the holidays, I range anywhere from 4-6 weeks.

This time will also differ depending on the design you are getting and if I have to order any special or new products for it.

If you are needing a more specific answer, please message me and I will let you know where I'm currently sitting for times.

Do you ship?

I do! But only inside the US. 

I ship USPS with tracking.

Can you make anything?

I wish I could say yes to this, but the honest answer is, no. 

There will be times when I can not find a specific design you have sent me, that will work with my program or that is not blurry. 

Some designs are unfortunately out of my league or I have not tried them yet (If I have not, I will be up front with you and let you know that it might not turn out)

And sometimes, there will be designs that I know I struggle with, that I just will have to pass on. 

I would rather pass, than give you a tumbler that is only half as good as I want it to be and have an unhappy customer. 

PLEASE DO KEEP IN MIND, these are handmade. There will be minor flaws and imperfections. 
This could be a stray glitter in a tumbler that is not meant to have any, a bubble in a design etc. 

If there is a major flaw, I will stop work on your tumbler and start over. This could prolong the time I need to get it to you, but I will let you know if it will effect the timeframe. 
In most cases, you will never know if I have had to start over :) 

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Only under extreme circumstances. 

Once your pay for your order, your order is final. 

I start ordering any items I might need IMMEDIATELY after your payment to ensure material is here as soon as possible so I can get your cup to you as quickly as I can. 

I will send photos along the way to ensure you are happy with the progress before I finish the cup. 
In some cases I will not send a final photo and I like for that to be something you see when you open your package. 
If for some reason there is a major flaw or something is not how it was sent to you in photos or not what you asked for in writing, I will then replace it. 

I will only offer an exchange if there is an issues with the tumbler that was the fault of my own, however an exchange will be for the exact same design and will not be made until the original tumbler has been returned. 

What are the care instructions?

Your cup will be sealed with epoxy. This is a very hard "shell" that keeps the inside design protected.

However, just like with anything, it can break if not taken care of properly or dropped.

*All tumblers need to be hand washed with a mild soap and scratch resistant sponge. 

*They are NOT dishwasher or microwave safe.

If they are dropped and cracked, they will most likely not be any good as the seal will be broken, which can lead do condensation, air leaking in and ruining the design and in some serious cases, mold. 

*All epoxy will eventually yellow over time. I use an epoxy with added UV protection, but do be mindful of prolonged sun exposure. 

*Don't soak.

*Certain foods like mustard, tomatoes and other acidic items can cause a stain, so please don't leave your tumbler in a sink with other food items. 

You do not have to baby your tumbler, but do please take precautions with it.
